This property is located on the R434 Swan Road on the edge of Durrow Village, Co Laois very close to the N77 main road at about 150 metres away.

It is situated inside and on edge of the village development boundary in a zoning area designated “Enterprise & Employment” under the LCC County Development Plan 2017-2023.

The land boundaries are as follows, consisting on one short boundary linear a single residence, on the much longer boundary to the rear elevation is agricultural land and on opposite length is 180 metres of roadside facing onto the R434.
